The company is/was called Rogark. This is the only address I can find for them on the net:-

Penholm
Conway Old Road
Penmaenmawr
Gwynedd LL34 6EH

I don't know if they're still going.

When I searched all that I too came up with was the following..........

ROGARK (PENMAENMAWR) Conway Old Road, Penmaenmawr, Gwynedd, LL34 6RD ( copied and pasted )

There was NOT a telephone number, which is unusual for business's....

Meant to add also.........That I later put in Rogark without the town as well, and all that came up was that address, so they obviously have no other address in the UK either.....

Rogark did cease trading some years ago but their dolls sometimes appear on e-bay and are popular with collectors. You might be interested in the following screen-grabs from a documentary made by ITV Wales.
I'm only guessing but I reckon the name was made up from ROGers and ARKwright. I vaguely remember a Rogers family in the 1950s. Much of the dressing work was done by ladies who took away boxes of dolls to complete at home.

thanks for all your replies. but this is not the doll factory i was talking about, this was up near the catholic church. the other one was down near celyn street and dressed welsh ladies, made hats and aprons. the one you have pictured up near the church, my gran and aunty dressed and i used to help turn the clothes. the good old days

Yeah you mean Mareth Hall at the top end of Celyn Street - I think it was part of the same company although I could be wrong. My Mum worked for them sewing purses at home in the 70s.

Actually I've just tried googling 'Mareth Hall' and found this website for Bronwen Porcelain Dolls which could be still going:-

If my memory is correct the name "Rogark" was formed from the combination of Rogers and Clark - the two founding owners. One of them (Mr Rogers I think) suffered from a terrible condition where his neck was bent so far forward so that his head rested on his chest. From the rear he appeared to be headless. He would watch airplanes overhead by holding a mirror in his hand. It was very sad and he was such a lovely person. He initially made dolls for the children in his family. They were so popular that soon it became a thriving business. A 'factory'  was soon established up on the Old Conway Road, near the Catholic Church. Local ladies would pick up the components in the morning - assemble the dolls that evening and return the completed dolls the next day. A nice little business that helped the local economy.
